• All client payments are applied directly to their trips.

• Clients receive a detailed invoice and a copy of the vendor’s confirmation within 7 days of payment.

• Credit card authorization forms and required documentation are always obtained. When not required by vendors, written communications serve as proper authorization.

Privacy & Security

• Client personal information is safeguarded with every reasonable measure.

• Clients are provided with host agency contact information to independently verify our identity.

Professional Integrity

• Upon request, bookings can be released directly to the vendor.

• We maintain all necessary licenses, legal registrations, and contractual obligations—and share this information upon request.

• We never claim to be insurance experts. Instead, we provide policy details directly from the insurer so clients can review accurate, official information.

• All communications and advertising clearly display Seller of Travel Numbers, as required.

• We accurately represent our experience, training, and credentials.

Communication & Problem Resolution

• Clients can always contact us directly regarding concerns. We commit to providing records of communications to ensure clarity.

• If we do not respond within 14 days of a financial transaction, clients are directed to:

  • Contact us again (we may have simply missed a message).

  • Contact our host agency.

  • Reach out to the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, or other relevant governing bodies if necessary.

• Any issues raised will be addressed within 7 days, with all relevant documentation provided.

Ongoing Responsibility

• We maintain current contact information—including legal name, address, phone, and email—with our host agency and all required state or federal entities, updating within 7 days of any change.
